We'd posted it for sale all over social media in different groups, but weren't getting any real interest. I didn't take it seriously but I created an account with one picture. Then Tonya reached out to me recommending that I add more pictures because there was an interested buyer. Shortly after adding extra pictures and videos, Tonya said that the Buyers were making an offer.
