We replaced it with the smaller clamshell refrigerator. Propane tanks are 100# tanks. Hood system was tested and approved in September with documentation of having it done every 6 months. Plenty of space to make an area for cleaning supplies if they choose to.
Water tank size is 25 gallon. Yes, everything on the trailer is NSF. Should be able to just drop the old one out and add the new one. But you may then need to replace the gray water tank as it needs to be a certain percentage larger than the fresh water per local requirements.
