- Rinnai commercial tankless water heater and triple-sink setup

Seller Note
The exterior is in primer with logo paint over it.
There are surface rust spots and some areas where old paint was painted over and has since peeled. There is also one area where body filler was previously applied and water intrusion has caused visible staining beneath it.
The roof has two emergency-exit hatches that can leak during heavy rain; we place a mop bucket under the front hatch when it rains hard.
These cosmetic and weather-sealing issues are reflected in the price. A new owner will likely want to do bodywork and a paint job anyway to suit their own branding.
The bus tires are older and show some minor weather-checking on one or two. They are still drivable, but buyers should plan on replacement in the near future.
Thse truck is designed primarily for propane and gray-water transport. When hauling gray water, it should not be filled to the full 325-gallon capacity. We have safely transported approximately 225 gallons over local distances.
Bathroom sink and faucet fixtures have already been purchased and are included with the sale but are not yet installed.
Final installation of bathroom fixtures, lighting, and switches will be completed by the new owner.
