The food truck has been moved numerous times since 2021. The truck will need to be serviced and inspected before it is used. We actually start all equipment annually in the spring. To date, all equipment has functioned on restart. We also give the food truck a full cleaning as well. This is scheduled to happen again in the next few weeks.
