The oven includes three cooking heats, radiant (direct fire), abduction (heat from the deck) and the thermal conductivity of the inside sphere or dome, which gets white hot from the burning wood after an hour or so. Seller's Note: The oven is complete and ready to use with a minor exception. While moving it in late December, I lost the aluminum chimney piece that fits on top for the exhaust.
