Seller's Note: Chose the breville's for a couple of reasons. Putting a 10k espresso machine on a trailer that bounces around didn't seem real smart. If it breaks, it takes a specialized service tech to fix it. I can order one of these machines overnight and still have one to work with. They are 110V vs. 220V. Super easy to operate.
The battery system has a lot of perks vs. a generator. It's quiet, it can be used indoors, and the fridge and hot water are always on, even while in motion. It can handle a tremendous power load vs. a generator (espresso machines require huge amp draw).
The graphics are very tastefully done and could easily accommodate a different branding (or you can keep the name). It really does get a lot of compliments, and we never had a shortage of invitations simply because of its classy appearance. The separate bathroom is extremely convenient, and the separate storage closet really helps keep the working space free and flowing.
